898 HID kit’s are most commonly used on BMW and Acura. Just like the rest of the 800 HID bulb line, they also increase peripheral vision by to 70%, but they also last up to 10 times longer, making it a smart investment. HID bulbs differ from halogen lights, in that they use ballasts to maintain voltage, HID lights also pull less current from the battery, which makes for a smarter bulb.
